Steve Gardner went above and beyond the call of duty. Our 2015 230 Ski Natique has been serviced at Dockside since purchase. This past Monday, on a off day, our boat was experiencing issues. Steve dropped what he was doing on his day off to meet us at Lakeview to offer assistance. Randy in service, is working to address the issues swiftly and thoroughly. Great customer service.

My 1999 Ski Nautique was brought to life by your crew back in 2017, after being stored for four years. I brought in my 21 year old in again this winter giving Mike and Matt a list of 22 things I wanted done. After heavy use the last three years it needed some serious TLC. They not only fixed it all up, they delivered on a suggestion to have the boats' exterior brought back to new condition. You could imagine the oxidation of 21 years. The boat now looks brand new and is in like new perfect condition. I was amazed how well they did. Thanks again Dockside Marine. Santana in the fiberglass shop works MIRACLES!!! I brought my Wave Runner in to Repair the hull/fiberglass, I was informed that they normally dont work on Wave Runners, but fiberglass is fiberglass. They ask me to give them a try, WOW, what a great job Santana did, it looks brand new!!! Dockside will be my go to dealer for not only fiberglass, but anything else that might come up. I have a 1999 Ski Nautique that i bought new. It had been in dry storage for four years because I was overseas. Jason and his crew took my dirty boat with 4 year old gas in it and said "Mike we will go through everything, a full service and detail including upgrading the sonar, we'll get you back on the lake". One week later I had a boat that ran like new, looked new (except for a few ol spots). We have put about 40+ hours on it since the end of May. When they say "we'll take care of it" they mean it. Great service, great knowledge of Correct Crafts through and through. I'd buy a boat from them except for the fact they made my 18 yr Ski Nautique run and feel like new.

Service as Dockside Marine is second to none. They turned my boat around in 2 days. Been around boats all my life and this is the first time I got a service report along with pictures of all the work performed. The work area was covered with blankets to protect the interior, boat was cleaned up when returned, and to top it off the boat was lake tested to ensure proper operation (with pictures of the gauges as evidence). I cant say enough about the quality of the work and customer service. We LOVE our boat and we love Dockside! From Sales with Josh to annual service with Kyle and Taylor, Dockside keeps my 2013 Mastercraft X25 running great. They answer all my endless questions and they seem to do something "extra" for the boat at no charge every time I bring it in.

Just wanted to take a quick minute to brag on JT and Don. Met them at the boat show, while we were looking at bow riders. JT took the time to get to know us and educate us on Mastercraft verses the bow rider we were looking at. They arranged a test drive and despite still not quite there with the sale, as we are undecided, they have been first rate in keeping in touch and getting our questions and concerns answered. If my wife and I were 20 years younger we would be all over the X35, but it is not for lack on effort, insight and customer care from JT and Don. If we can get past being a couple of couch potatoes in our late 40's, we may yet wind up in the X35. But, regardless, if your shopping for a new wake/surf boat, take a friendly bit of input, and give em a try.

Within a day they had looked at the boat and identified the problem. Told me price for parts and labor before they started - and got the work done the day after the parts arrived. Only fixed the problem I had - no extra work or parts added onto the job. I thought the price was very reasonable both for time charged and costs of parts. While my boat was at their shop - it was under a cover and they wiped it down before they gave it back to me (as clean as when I dropped it off). It was a good experience. Kyle was very helpful.

Dockside were very helpful when I needed a Honda engine repair. Dockside provided a lakeside visit to help identify the engine issue and found a warning light from the engine. Although not a licensed Honda service agent, Dockside provided the assistance necessary to find the problem, recommended me to a local Honda service agent and transported my boat to and from my boat slip to make sure the service was accomplished. I greatly appreciate all the assistance received. My boat is now operational and I am back in business on the lake.
